Continuing Education Transcript

To request your continuing education transcript, please visit our CME Transcript Request Portal.

If you are requesting a transcript on behalf of a learner, please contact OPDACE at CME@ttuhsc.edu and provide documentation of the learner’s consent.

You can also access “My Portal” to view and print your transcript for activities completed since September 2011. Within the portal, you can update your profile, complete evaluations, check in to activities, view your credit history, and print certificates. Please allow up to two weeks for credit updates to appear after an activity.

Each user must have a unique email address. If you’ve attended previous activities, please use the “Forgot Password” link instead of creating a duplicate account.

Academic Transcript 

Academic Transcripts are available through the TTUHSC Office of the Registrar using the Academic Transcript Request Form.
