Thank you for your interest in providing accredited interprofessional continuing education (IPCE).

The Office of Professional Development and Accredited Continuing Education (OPDACE) is dedicated to advancing TTUHSC’s mission through educational activities that promote teamwork across professions, address identified practice gaps, and improve patient outcomes.

To begin the evaluation and approval process for credit, please complete the Proposed Activity Request Form. Once submitted, the form will be routed to the appropriate OPDACE staff member for review. Please allow 3–5 business days for a team member to contact you with next steps.

Before You Begin

When planning your activity, please ensure:

  • Two or more healthcare professions are involved in both planning and delivery of the activity.
  • A clearly defined practice gap and educational need are identified.
  • Learning outcomes focus on improvements in competence, performance, or patient outcomes.
  • The content is balanced, evidence-based, and free from commercial bias.
  • The activity complies with Joint Accreditation and TTUHSC OPDACE policies.
