Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) requires non-immigrant F-1 students to maintain health, evacuation, and repatriation insurance per: TTUHSC OP 77.03, Requirements of Health, Evacuation, and Repatriation Insurance for F-1 Non-immigrant Students
