Conflict of Interest and Commitment

Conflict of interest and commitment can arise under many circumstances. The purpose of our Conflict of Interest and Commitment program is to promote the understanding of the HSC OP 10.05, Conflict of Interest and Commitment Policy and to protect the ethical and civic responsibilities of TTUHSC and its mission.

Annual Training and Disclosure

TTUHSC is committed to ensuring the ethical and civic responsibilities of the institution and its mission. To assure that conflict of interest is identified and managed appropriately, TTUHSC must maintain a timely file of disclosed information. It is the policy of TTUHSC that all employees should disclose any potential and actual conflict of interest and commitment on an annual basis and update within thirty (30) days of discovering or acquiring new interest and commitment

Please note that we use the TTUHSC Conflict of Interest and Commitment Disclosure System to submit disclosures. If you are not sure how to use the system, please read the User Guide first. If you still have questions, feel free to send an email to COIC@ttuhsc.edu.
