Frequently Asked Questions
The official TTUHSC graduation announcements and class rings are available through the Balfour website or by calling 1-877-225-3687. Order forms are also available in the Student Life, 2C400. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery when ordering announcements and class rings.
Prospective graduates may order their cap and gown by visiting the West Texas Graduation Services website. Bachelors and Masters candidates will receive a gown they are allowed to keep, while Doctoral candidates receive rental gowns. For questions regarding regalia ordering, please contact West Texas Grad Services at 806-744-7737.
Prospective graduates must fill out the Graduation Application by February 1st of the graduating year. The application is available in your WebRaider portal under Commencement, or by clicking the above link.
To make changes or for any questions about the graduation application, please contact the Registrar's Office at Registrar@ttuhsc.edu.
Questions regarding each school's commencement ceremony should be directed to the particular school's Student Affairs Office. Please refer to the Commencement Contacts list.
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center only issues 1 copy of your diploma. You may request a black and white copy if you need extras. To replace or order an additional copy of your diploma, please refer to the Diploma Re-Order Form.
