HRPP Training Requirements
HRPP Education and Training Overview
The TTUHSC HRPP policy requires that all Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators, and research study personnel are required to receive training regarding the protection of Human Subject research and financial conflict of interests. This training must be completed prior to beginning any human research-related activities.
HRPP POLICY APPLIES TO:
- All research study personnel who engage (or plan to engage) in Human Subject Research.
- All research involving human subjects, regardless of funding or sponsorship.
Failure to Comply
The IRB has the authority to suspend or withhold approval from any project that involves study personnel who fail to meet these education requirements.
