2020 Resident Research Virtual Poster Sessions
June 11-12
The SOP Annual Research Days event has been cancelled this year. However, the Office of Residency Programs would like to internally conduct a small-scale Research Days event for residents to formally present their research projects as virtual poster presentations.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- View Abstract Submission Guidelines.
- Email completed abstract file (example: Resident Abstract – SPass.docx) to: sopresidencies@ttuhsc.edu
- All Images should be 300 dpi
- Submit PDF to: sopresidencies@ttuhsc.edu
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All logos must follow the brand standards. Find logo guidelines at TTUHSC Brand Center
- Virtual poster judging will take place on both days of the event.
- Zoom link will be provided for each session.
- Each session will be 1.5 hours. (subject to change based on the number of participants)
- Residents will be notified in advance as to which session they will present and will be evaluated.
- Residents are required to be present on Zoom during their assigned session.
- Evaluators are comprised of RPDs, faculty members or preceptors.
- Each resident will have 10 minutes to present their research with 5 minutes of questions for a total of 15 minutes.
- Residents will present the poster they have submitted.
- Residents will open up the poster file and share the screen by clicking on the Share button in the Zoom toolbar.
