The TTUHSC Division of Human Resources coordinates a range of learning opportunities for our team members to acquire new skills and knowledge relevant to their roles. By offering practical training courses related to the most frequent workforce relations questions, HR seeks to empower team members, strengthen institutional effectiveness, and cultivate a supportive and engaging work environment.

Manager QuickStart Training: Essentials for New TTUHSC People Leaders
The Division of Human Resources is pleased to announce that our new Manager QuickStart program is now available for registration! Designed for all levels of people leaders at TTUHSC, this training will cover essential topics like employee timekeeping, institutional systems, high-level budget information, financial processes and policies, and highlight HR-specific topics like leave, FMLA, performance management, and more. Manager QuickStart Program
The Division of Human Resources is thrilled to introduce the Manager QuickStart Program – a new initiative designed to provide people leaders of all levels with a comprehensive foundation of essential management skills and knowledge of university-specific processes. This program was designed for newly-hired supervisors or recently promoted individuals with managerial responsibilities, but all TTUHSC leaders are welcome and encouraged to join.
This multi-part series is offered virtually via Zoom and each course may be taken in any order. The classes are offered on a repeating monthly basis, but the same content will be covered in each session. To register, please log in and enroll for each class.

This training series will equip you with the essential tools and techniques to foster engagement, satisfaction and growth within your team. Each module of the Retention Strategy Series is meticulously crafted to provide actionable insights, practical strategies, and engaging conversations to drive real results in your team.
This multi-part series is offered virtually via Zoom. While the modules build upon each other, each course can be enjoyed as a stand-alone learning opportunity. Each module is offered on a variety of different days each month, but the same content will be covered in each session.

How to Find Classes by Date in ACME

- Log into ACME, then locate the Main Menu
- From the Participant links, select Enroll in a Classroom Course
- You will be directed to a page with a calendar. Using the Campus drop-down menu located above the calendar, select Online
- Using the embedded calendar, choose the appropriate date, then click Select next to the course title
- Click the Enroll in Venue button to register
