As of March 1st, 2025 TTUHSC download site for personal use Office products will be permanently deactivated as a prerequisite for the future TTUHSC migration to Microsoft 365. How can you get more information and assistance with this process?

  • Come to one of the Office Migration Support Clinics scheduled for your campus, click your campus tab above.
  • Login to ITsolutions.ttuhsc.edu and search our knowledge base for "March 1st Download Site Deactivation".

Some users may be able to perform the required steps by following our knowledge base instructions. There are some instances where the process may be more complicated based on the office product versions, computer type and other factors. Visiting one of the scheduled support clinics will allow technicians to help you resolve any outstanding tasks before March 1st.
