COVID-19
All Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center students and team members (staff, faculty, fellows, and residents) should follow COVID guidelines as established per the most recent CDC recommendations as well as non-TTUHSC clinical facilities that may have different safe-related protocols in place.

PROACTIVE EXPOSURE MANAGEMENT
The Texas Tech University Health Science Center Office of Institutional Health strives to provide students and faculty preventive solutions to transmissible disease known to be of risk in health care. Health care exposures can be minimized through the use of immunizations, annual Flu vaccine, and proactive exposure management. It is the priority of our department to limit these risks and protect the health of students, faculty, employees and volunteers. Additional information and forms for employees and volunteers are below:
Student Immunization Records
The Office of Institutional Health works with all campuses to meet immunization needs for TTUHSC students and employees or volunteers with direct patient contact. Please ensure completion of the following steps:
- Provide an up-to-date copy of lab reports, immunizations and/or health records
- Read the designated school/program form pertaining to you and fill out completely
- Follow deadline dates exactly as noted on the form based on your school/program
