Frequently Asked Questions
It is TTUHSC policy. Parking lot upkeep and repairs are funded by these fees.
- If you hold a Reserved Space permit, park in the Visitor lot and notify the Parking Services Office immediately.
- If you hold a Reserved Area permit, park in the Reserved Area parking lot and notify the Parking Services Office immediately.
- If you hold a Commuter permit, park in the student parking lot and notify the Parking Services Office immediately.
Exact cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card (online only). Make checks and money orders payable to TTUHSC for the exact amount due. We are only able to accept credit or debit cards as payment online via the Parking Services website.
Access your Employee Parking Dashboard online and follow the instructions for enrolling. Deduction renews automatically each fiscal year. https://www.fiscal.ttuhsc.edu/Parking
On the inside of your windshield on the lower left driver’s side, above or below your Texas vehicle registration sticker.
Send an email to parkingservicespermianbasin@ttuhsc.edu, providing the make, model, color, year, license plate of the temporary vehicle, and date you will be parking it on campus.
1. Remove the parking permit from your original vehicle and place it on the new vehicle.
2. Update all vehicle information on the Parking Services website for the new vehicle
you will now be driving. Your parking registration will not be valid until you update
this information.

3. If the permit no longer adheres on its own or it is no longer fully intact, send
an email to parkingservicespermianbasin@ttuhsc.edu to obtain a replacement permit. You may also obtain a replacement permit if you are
unable to retrieve the permit from your vehicle
Ask the repair company to transfer your permit and other stickers to the new windshield. If this is not possible, remove the permit and purchase a replacement permit for a $2 fee.
You may park at your own risk on the streets surrounding the TTUHSC campus. Many of the streets allow parking on only one side of the street, so watch for informational signs placed by the city. A map showing commonly used areas is included in the Parking Information Packet.
Park in your designated space or parking area. Then immediately notify the Parking Services Office of your situation to avoid receiving a citation. Depending on the circumstances, you may need to obtain a Temporary parking pass.
